About OwnersLink

Owners, representatives and developers do not upload listings themselves. They introduce a property through Partner with OwnersLink, and our administrators review it and prepare any listing that goes on the site.

International properties use free managed enquiries: you send a request and the OwnersLink team follows up.

Nigerian properties use either free managed enquiries or, where offered, optional paid owner access, which releases specified contact details after a verified payment.

Before a property is shown as verified, our team reviews the ownership or authorization documents provided and arranges a physical check of the property. This lowers risk but does not guarantee title, and it does not replace your own legal and professional due diligence before any transaction.
