FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about how OwnersLink works today.

Who lists properties on OwnersLink?

Only OwnersLink administrators. Owners and representatives introduce properties through Partner with OwnersLink, and our team prepares each listing.

Does “verified” mean the title is guaranteed?

No. Verification means our team reviewed the ownership or authorization documents provided and physically checked the property. It does not guarantee title and does not replace your own legal and professional due diligence.

Do I need an account to enquire?

Not for free managed enquiries. You need an account only to request paid owner access on selected Nigerian properties.

Which properties offer paid owner access?

Only selected Nigerian properties. International properties use free managed enquiries.

What does the owner access fee pay for?

Access to the specified contact details shown before you pay. It is not a payment for the property, a deposit, a confirmed viewing or a guarantee of a successful transaction.

When are contact details released?

Only after your payment has been verified directly with the payment provider. Contacts are shown only to the buyer who paid.

Are prices in other currencies exact?

No. US$ and ₦ equivalents are estimates for guidance only. The asking price and currency set for the listing, and the exact Naira access fee, are what apply.

Can OwnersLink help with legal checks?

You can request optional Property Legal Support for title searches, document review or transaction documentation through independent property lawyers. It is agreed and charged separately, is not included in owner verification or owner access fees, and a lawyer may not be available for every location. Legal review does not guarantee ownership.

Is a viewing request a booking?

No. It records your preferred timeframe, and the OwnersLink team follows up with you.
