How it works

How OwnersLink works

Each property page shows which of two journeys applies. Owners and representatives work with our team through Partner with OwnersLink.

Journey 1 — Free managed enquiry

  1. Open a property and choose “Request property information” or “Arrange a private viewing”.
  2. Send the short form. No account is needed, and you receive an OL-ENQ- reference straight away.
  3. The OwnersLink team reviews your enquiry and contacts you. A viewing request records your preferred timeframe; it is not a confirmed booking.

Journey 2 — Paid owner access (selected Nigerian properties)

  1. Sign in on the property page and see which contact methods are included.
  2. Accept a short genuine-interest declaration and the access terms.
  3. Pay the exact owner access fee shown, in Naira.
  4. Once the payment is verified with the payment provider, options to WhatsApp, call or email the owner, or send an inspection request, appear for you and only you. An inspection request is a message, not a confirmed booking.

The fee pays for access to the specified contact details only. It is not a payment for the property, a deposit, a confirmed viewing or a guarantee that a transaction will succeed.

Optional Property Legal Support

At any stage you can request optional help from an independent property lawyer with title searches, document review or transaction documentation. It is separately agreed and charged, not included in any OwnersLink fee, and does not guarantee ownership. Our team responds manually.

Partner with OwnersLink

If you own, represent or develop a property, send an introduction through Partner with OwnersLink. Our team reviews it and, where suitable, prepares and verifies the listing itself.
